Travel to Live at Ludlow Castle with Forest Coaches

Forest Coaches is delighted to be providing dedicated shuttle transport for Live at Ludlow Castle 2027.

Our aim is to make getting to and from the concerts as easy, safe and stress-free as possible, with pre-bookable coach services operating from towns, villages, campsites, hotels and other accommodation across the surrounding area.

Whether you're staying locally for the weekend or travelling in from further afield, you can leave the car behind and let us take care of the journey.

Where will the shuttle operate from?

Our 2027 shuttle network will serve a wide range of locations across the Ludlow area and surrounding counties.

This will include:

Local towns and villages

Hotels and inns

Campsites and caravan parks

Holiday parks

Glamping sites

Guest houses and other accommodation

Selected locations on our longer-distance routes

The accommodation and locations currently planned to be served are listed in the drop down menu below.

Main routes into Ludlow

In addition to local accommodation and village pick-ups, we are planning dedicated routes into Ludlow from the surrounding area, including services along the:

Hereford – Leominster – Ludlow corridor

and

Shrewsbury – Craven Arms – Ludlow corridor

Final routes, pick-up points and departure times will be confirmed approximately 2–3 weeks before each concert date.

Ludlow drop-off and departure point

All main shuttle services will arrive at and depart from Ludlow Brewery, conveniently located close to Ludlow town centre and the railway station.

From Ludlow Brewery, Ludlow Castle is approximately a 15–20 minute walk, depending on walking pace.

After the concert, passengers should return to Ludlow Brewery for their booked coach home.

Full departure instructions will be provided before the event.

Mobility assistance

We want the shuttle service to be accessible to as many concertgoers as possible.

A minibus transfer service between Ludlow Castle and Ludlow Brewery will be available by prior arrangement for passengers who have mobility difficulties and would find the walk between the two locations challenging.

If you require this service, please contact Forest Coaches before travelling so that arrangements can be made.

What happens before the concert?

Approximately 2–3 weeks before the concert, Forest Coaches will finalise the routes based on confirmed passenger bookings.

Passengers will then receive their final:

Pick-up location

Pick-up time

Vehicle or route information

Ludlow departure arrangements

Important travel instructions

Please make sure the mobile number and email address entered when booking are correct.
