Hen & Stag Minibus & Coach Hire

Organising transport for a hen party or stag do?

Forest Coaches provides private minibus and coach hire throughout Herefordshire, Shropshire, Powys and the surrounding area.

Whether there are a handful of you or a much larger group, we'll help you find a practical transport solution for your plans.

Keep Everyone Together

Anyone who's organised a hen or stag weekend knows that transport can quickly become complicated.

One taxi arrives.

Another is late.

Half the group goes to the wrong place.

Somebody can't get a signal.

Nobody knows where Dave has gone.

Private group transport makes things much easier.

Everyone boards together, travels together and arrives together.

Minibus Hire for Hen & Stag Parties

A minibus can be ideal for smaller groups.

Use it for:

Nights out

Restaurants

Activity days

Cider tours

Spa trips

Brunch

Race days

Accommodation transfers

Railway station collections

Return journeys

If your accommodation is in the countryside, private transport can also save you from trying to find several taxis in a rural area.

Coach Hire for Larger Groups

For bigger hen or stag parties, a private coach can be much simpler.

Everyone travels together and you can arrange pickup and return times in advance.

Coach hire can be especially useful for groups travelling into Herefordshire or Shropshire from elsewhere in the UK.

Ask us about collection from a central meeting point.

Hire Transport for the Whole Day

You don't necessarily need to book individual transfers.

Depending on your itinerary, we may be able to provide transport across several parts of your day.

For example:

Accommodation → Activity → Lunch → Accommodation → Night out → Accommodation

Send us your itinerary and we'll discuss the best option.
